Stunning! Gorgeous color; spot on focus; perfect depth of field. I can’t decide if my favorite is the first or second. The first jumps out of the screen almost 3-D-like. The second has lovely texture and powerful lines. You love to photograph flowers and I love to admire your flower photos.

Would love to make some really intelligent, deep comment, but what I really want to say is that I love, love, love the idea of photographing just a part of a flower. I alway try to get the whole flower in the frame and center it just so! Now I see that a petal, stem or any small part can be so much more! Color, clarity jumps off the page. Makes me admire the beauty of nature and it’s perfection. Melinda, you are such a multi talented friend. I greatly admire your work!!
