I’m finding I feel a lot more like doing still life photography now that I have a space dedicated to it- even if it is in the cold garage! Here are some odds and ends I put together over the weekend.

All are textured with Kim Klassen’s reentry texture for Texture Tuesday.
Oh these are just beautiful Melinda!! And would make such nice Christmas cards. My best light space in on our enclosed back porch…a bit chilly but it works. I’m really loving your wood background!!
so simple and natural. Very pretty
I really love the first image, something about props being laid out and shot from above I really like. The others are wonderful too!
So simply but so wonderful!

Gorgeous set of image! Love those cute scissors.
Lovely vignettes! And how perfect for you that your garage/studio is allowing you to do more photography. It can only mean good things.
o, so pretty. I love top down shots but that center one is too yummy!
I agree , having my craft room lets me be more messy and I don’t have to clean up everyday….
And another great background! Love these
Gorgeous! (as usual)
wonderful series of pictures Melinda! so simple, so natural, only a few branches of a pine tree, a few pine cones and your so cute scissors and you reach perfection! my favorite is the one in the center with the blurred background.
These are absolutely gorgeous – great textures and colour …
Gorgeous !
Beautiful series of shots. My favorite is the second one with the dream DOF.
Melinda, These are gorgeous! The warm tones in the wooden background really work with the browns and greens. I agree with comments above – would make a beautiful Christmas card!
Great still life photos. I’d “kill” for a wood substrate like this.
