Melinda, Surf’s Up! I really like the effect you created in these images. Sure, with a longer lens you might have had crisp shots. But these are very different in mood from the usual sports photography shots. These images are very beautiful, like paintings are beautiful. They are evocative, and that creates emotions which make me go back and view them again… and again. VERY nice job on these. VERY NICE!!!

By the way, the MOTHERS of those young men would probably LOVE to have these photos in frames on their hallway tables 🙂
