We have been having extremely windy days recently! In fact, it was so windy that I couldn’t photograph flowers outside- so I propped this one in the window to get the best light I could. With the addition of three textures, I’m happy with the resulting image.

LOVE the tonalism in this photograph.The background is truly lovely. And I love how the little stamens are just peeking up from behind the petals. But then, I have a love for day lilies. The burst into bloom, whither, and then do it again and again as if to say, “But WAIT! There’s MORE!!”
